Rory is the owner and founder of Driven Strength and Fitness. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has also received his Level I/II Reflexive Performance Rest (RPR) certifications.
Rory graduated from West Chester University in 2013 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition and Psychology. He has over seven years of experience running sports performance and fitness centers.
In his free time, Rory likes to hang out with his wife Taylor and daughter Ava, and relax with his dog, Cain and cats Milo & Tucker.
John is a recent graduate of Temple University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He grew up in the Exton area and attended Downingtown East High School where he was a varsity Ice Hockey player.
John is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is AED and first aid certified.
In his free time, John enjoys training in the gym, playing sports with his son and reading.
He is also an avid skateboarder and likes to surf and snowboard.
Nick graduated from West Chester University in 2020 with a degree in athletic training. He is currently pursuing his masters in athletic training at West Chester University.
Nick is fully certified in basic first aid and life support.
Nick enjoys working out and staying fit, but outside of the gym, you can find him hanging with friends or watching sports.
Angelo graduated from Haverford High School in 2016 where he was part of the varsity soccer and track team. He is currently an Exercise Science Major at West Chester University.
Angelo is CPR and First Aid certified.
In his spare time Angelo likes to workout, watch sports, play video games, and hangout with friends.
Chris graduated from Downingtown East HS in 2016 where he was a member of the East baseball team. He is currently an Senior in the the Exercise Science program at West Chester University.
